John has global responsibility for Net Sales Revenue (NSR) Product Management, the Global Customer & Commercial Team, Offline2Online (O2O), the eCommerce business of the company and McDonalds Division’s commercial data & analytics capabilities to drive business results for the Coca Cola Company, Atlanta. Prior to Coke, John held various analyst, consulting and leadership roles at Dow Inc., Goldman Sachs, General Motors, and several other firms. At Dow Inc. he was responsible for the advanced analytics team of data scientists and engagement with Dow’s broader analytic community in driving adoption of analytics capabilities to improve Dow’s financial outcomes.
His leadership responsibilities have spanned business intelligence, advanced analytics and global transformations teams.
John is an Alumni Board Member at his alma mater, (NIU) and sits on the Computer Science Advisory Committee at Southern University, Louisiana. He’s involved in multiple volunteering and philanthropic endeavors in Ghana including helping to establish a plastic waste recycling non-profit for which he was the Board Chairman & youth empowerment efforts.
With a passion for technology and mind for business, he holds an M.Sc. in Data Science (Predictive Analytics) from Northwestern University, a dual B.Sc. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Northern Illinois University (NIU) and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
John was born and raised in Ghana, prior to moving to the U.S. for his tertiary education. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, music, traveling and sports.
